Moses Sumney came to Philadelphia with Xenia Rubinos last night for a magical evening of music in the basement of the First Unitarian Church. He brought along his angelic debut album Aromanticism. At one point in the night, he let three different fans take the mic to help out with "Doomed" and they almost stole the show.
Opener Xenia Rubinos played a bunch of new songs and some covers to get herself out of her comfort zone. She let the crowd know it was her last solo show of tour and some of the first she played in almost 10 years. She was a perfect fit for the Moses Sumney overall experience.
