These United States “Miss Underground” - Philadelphia, Pa - 6/14/2012
While we were walking into the office of Johnny Brenda’s, we joked that this was our version of NPR’s ‘Tiny Desk Concert.’ There were computers, books, and stacks of paper scattered everywhere. It was a last minute location on our part, and thanks to the venue’s production manager we were able to get into the space to do the shoot.
After a few placement adjustments and office rearrangements, These United States played us an acoustic version of “Miss Underground,” off of their new, self-titled record “These United States,” which came out two days prior to this film. Enjoy.
